I began my journey in artistic swimming at the age of six, representing Egypt in Mediterranean and World Championships as an international athlete. After entering university, I couldn’t abandon sports, so I pursued coaching.
From 2002 to 2022, I worked at shooting Club, moving from coach to head coach to technical director, winning 18 national titles. My coaching journey took me to the Rio 2016 and Paris 2024 Olympics, traveling with Egyptian teams as head coach.
Each time, my ambitions grew, and I realized that international champions were not better than us we are just as capable.
In 2022, I started a new chapter by joining NewGiza Club under the leadership of Eng. Khaled El-Shawarbi, aiming to place the club on the global sports map. My vision was not limited to local championships, but to building a system connected to the international market and setting a global benchmark for Egyptian sports. My message is that a championship is not just a medal, but a long journey of preparation and growth. A true champion is not simply a tool for achievement, but a complete athlete with dignity, culture, and awareness.
Because I believe people must always develop themselves, I began studying a Master’s degree in Sports Management after the age of forty, combining my practical experience with academic knowledge. My ambition is to become the first female Minister of Youth and Sports in Egypt, to lead this transformation and make sports an essential part of our culture and daily life.
I would also like to thank the foundational figures in my life: my parents, and my coaches, Iman Arram, Lamia Mokhtar, and Yasser Idris, who have been instrumental in my journey.
